🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in the United States (Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee
• 1+ years of continuous customer service experience; remote experience valued.
• Ability to pass background checks and have a quiet home office setup with appropriate equipment.
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills; able to de-escalate and manage
• Tech proficiency: navigating CRMs, dispatch software, Google Maps, and Google Workspace; typing 30+
