Renewable Energy Mid - Senior Corporate Attorney

📋 Description

• Advise clean energy companies, developers, investors, and funds on corporate and transactional
• Lead and contribute to complex financing, joint ventures, and strategic transactions.
• Structure, draft, negotiate, and execute financing and capital-raising deals.
• Advise on reorganizations, governance, entity structures, and shareholder matters.
• Identify risks and develop practical, commercial solutions for clients.
• Mentor junior attorneys and coordinate deal teams to progress matters efficiently.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of law firm experience in renewable energy, clean tech, infrastructure, or related sectors.
• Mandatory experience in clean energy or sustainable development sectors.
• Proven ability to lead complex financing, JV, PE, or strategic transactions.
• Ability to independently manage financing transactions and coordinate supporting attorneys.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client-management skills.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, structures, and commercial arrangements.
