📋 Description

• Lead M&A transactions involving renewable energy projects and portfolios
• Manage transactions from planning through closing
• Lead due diligence on EPCs, O&Ms, PPAs and related contracts
• Coordinate multiple deal workflows and deadlines
• Engage subject matter experts across transactions
• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize transactional docs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of law firm experience in renewable energy
• Experience leading acquisitions and dispositions of energy assets
• Strong knowledge of EPCs, O&Ms, PPAs, related contracts
• Experience in solar and/or battery storage preferred
• Ability to manage complex transactions and teams
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
