📋 Description

• Own end-to-end annual rent increases and lease renewals
• Maintain renewal and rate-increase calendars across portfolio
• Program, validate, and audit renewal data within property systems
• Manage renewal notices and ensure legal compliance
• Track renewal deadlines, rent increase limits, disclosures, and renewal triggers
• Audit data for accuracy and regulatory compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in multifamily, manufactured housing, or residential property management with renewals or
• Strong knowledge of multi-state landlord-tenant requirements, notice periods, and renewal procedures
• Understanding of manufactured housing lease structures and community ownership dynamics
• Experience with property management systems; ManageAmerica preferred
• Ability to program, validate, and audit renewal and rate-increase data accurately
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for high-volume workflows
