• First point of contact for customers in car rental process
• Greet and guide customers, build rapport, identify needs
• Prepare rental agreements and upsell upgrades, protection, fuel, and services
• Meet and exceed sales goals through upselling and cross-selling
• Handle inquiries with urgency, stay organized and service-oriented

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience
• Experience from retail, hospitality, banking, B2B, or car rental
• Excellent verbal communication and customer interaction
• Comfortable in a commission-driven environment
• Flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, holidays
• Valid US driver’s license with clean record; authorized to work in US without sponsorship
