• First point of contact for customers, friendly, skilled in sales and service
• Offer personalized options and ensure a standout customer experience
• Handle rental contracts and customer inquiries in an organized, service-oriented way
• Manage premium vehicle fleet while upselling related rental services
• Support operational tasks related to driving and parking of vehicles

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for sales and delivering excellent customer service
• Experience in direct customer service, preferably in service, tourism or commercial sales
• Strong communication in Spanish and English
• Flexible, team player, willing to work shifts including weekends/holidays, full or part-time
• Valid driver's license
