Maintain portfolio capacity projections and variance to plan.
Build reporting for delivery reviews and executive updates.
Define data standards and tooling conventions for project reporting.
Automate reporting and data-quality checks, including AI-assisted approaches.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in project controls, scheduling, or program reporting on large capital programs (data
Experience running consolidated multi-project portfolio reporting.
Fluent in scheduling, spreadsheet, and BI tooling (e.g., Primavera P6, Excel, Power BI).
Strong written and visual communication to technical and executive audiences.
Comfortable building processes while running them.
