🎯 Requirements

3-5 years in a data-intensive role within healthcare, life sciences, or related field
Strong data analysis/manipulation skills; proficiency in R and Python
Advanced use of AI tools to support biostatistical analysis, AI-assisted coding workflows
Experience harmonizing large, complex datasets across sources/formats
Excellent scientific writing for non-specialist audiences
Familiarity with real-world data, patient registries, or observational research preferred
