Research Analyst (Qualitative)

📋 Description

• Maintain day-to-day administration of Customized Research/sales activities
• Coordinate analysis and reporting of assigned research projects
• Serve as primary contact to junior client contacts on analyses and data issues
• Assist senior staff to deliver quality services to clients on time
• Unsupervised on-site presence handling data requests and basic support
• Assist in sales activities with proposal and credential preparations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major
• 0-1 year of qualitative experience
• Familiar with Qualitative research techniques
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint or Google Sheets & Slides
• Good client service skills and strong English literacy
