📋 Description

• Identify and recruit senior industry professionals for Guidepoint’s Centre for Expert Acquisition
• Execute high-volume outbound outreach via phone, LinkedIn, and email
• Engage senior professionals and articulate Guidepoint’s value proposition
• Screen and qualify experts for relevance and depth
• Maintain accurate profiles in Guidepoint’s CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on sector priorities and coverage

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with strong academic performance
• 0–2 years in recruitment, B2B sales, inside sales, or related roles
• Comfort with cold calling and outbound outreach as a daily activity
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Willingness to work a fixed US-hours night shift from office (mandatory)
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting targets
