Research Scientist/Senior Scientist - LC-MS/MS

📋 Description

• Develop, optimize, qualify, and validate LC-MS/MS bioanalytical methods for regulated studies.
• Perform sample prep, instrument operation, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Support routine sample analysis for preclinical and clinical studies.
• Assist with assay validation activities per FDA, EMA, ICH M10.
• Analyze and interpret data; contribute to study reports and docs.
• Author and revise SOPs, work instructions, and validation plans.

🎯 Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharm Sci, Chemistry, or related field.
• 3–8+ years in a bioanalytical lab.
• Hands-on LC-MS/MS method development and validation.
• Knowledge of FDA/EMA/ICH M10 requirements.
• Experience with small molecules, peptides, oligos, ADCs, or mAbs.
• Strong technical writing, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
