Live on-site at the property.
Manage leasing, resident relations, and financial and maintenance oversight per company policies
Serve as on-site Sunrise representative, promoting service excellence and community care.
Coordinate with maintenance and regional teams for smooth property operations.
Conduct inspections of units, amenities, and common areas; oversee move-in/out per CA regulations.
Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and vendor services.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 2 years of property management or related experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
Knowledge of California landlord–tenant laws and Fair Housing requirements.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
