Assists students in adjusting to Center life with supervision, behavior modification, and mentoring.
Ensures students meet schedules and arrive on time for training or work.
Prepares students for training day with appropriate attire.
Provides daily supervision in personal hygiene, room/chore tasks, and activities.
Maintains dorm cleanliness and readiness for inspections.
Offers informal counseling on stress management and responsible behavior.

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
One-year related experience preferred.
Experience working with youth.
A valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
