Residential House Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage assigned residential and/or day programs for individuals with IDD.
• Mix of direct care and supervisory duties; ensure program coordination and operations.
• Handle personnel management, training, and orientation for staff.
• Monitor program goals, plans, and day-to-day operations; ensure quality of care.
• Coordinate medical, financial, and maintenance aspects through site designee.
• Flexible schedule; on-call availability including weekends/odd hours.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field preferred.
• At least 1 year of direct experience with IDD participants.
• At least 2 years in management with IDD work experience.
• Strong decision-making, time management, communication; reliable and flexible.
• Successful background clearance; excellent reading, writing, and documentation skills.
