🎯 Requirements

Licensed HVAC Technician in Connecticut or equivalent state certification
EPA 608 Certification
Minimum 5 years of residential and light commercial HVAC service experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and safe work practices
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
