• Coordinate services related to finances, activities, healthcare, nutrition, household mgmt, and
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure program coverage.
• Assist the supervisor in maintaining consistency in programming, supports, and team communication.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to staff and support team members.
• Perform direct support duties during shifts, including personal care and meals.
• Promote person-centered supports that foster independence, choice, dignity, and positive outcomes.
