  • Coordinate services related to finances, activities, healthcare, nutrition, household management
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate program coverage.
  • Assist the supervisor in maintaining consistency in programming, individual supports, and team
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to staff and support team members.
  • Perform direct support duties during assigned shifts, including personal cares, meal preparation
  • Promote person-centered supports that foster independence, choice, dignity, and positive outcomes.

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or one year of
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
