  • Facilitate role scoping and intake to clarify needs, levels, profiles, timelines.
  • Turn staffing priorities into executable hiring roadmap with inputs and alignment.

  • Experience in workforce planning, staffing, or HR ops in cross-functional roles.
  • Comfortable with headcount plans, budgets, forecasts, and leadership reporting.
  • Data analytics to derive conclusions, identify risks, and support decisions.
  • Understand hiring processes and factors that affect delivery and candidate experience.
  • Build trust with senior stakeholders and challenge requests constructively.
  • Able to work in fast-paced env, manage multiple hiring streams.
