Resource Planning & Readiness Manager

📋 Description

• Govern resource plans before staffing and ensure accuracy and approvals.
• Align resource plans with Salesforce forecasts and opportunity updates.
• Identify scope changes and coordinate updates prior to staffing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Practice Leadership, and Resource Management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Administration, or related field, or equivalent
• 2+ years in resource management, staffing, deployment, or workforce planning in a consulting/tech
• Experience with Salesforce ecosystem or similar software services environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform and professional services delivery lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, ability to influence senior leaders across Sales, Delivery, and Operations.
