Resource Planning & Readiness Manager

📋 Description

• Own the review, validation, and approval of Resource Plans before staffing.
• Verify roles, skills, effort estimates, and delivery requirements.
• Ensure leadership approvals for plans with multiple practices or areas.
• Align resource plans with forecasts, opportunity updates, and systems.
• Identify scope changes, risks, and coordinate updates before progression.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Operations, and leadership to clarify needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Administration, or related field, or equivalent
• 2+ years in resource management, staffing, deployment, or professional services ops.
• Experience in technology services, consulting, or software delivery preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystems or similar platforms a plus.
• Understanding of professional services delivery, capacity planning, staffing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work with senior leaders.
