📋 Description

Manage end-to-end offboarding for merchants/venues
Validate info across contracts and tools
Communicate device returns and send shipping labels
Track returns and recover company-owned devices
Coordinate with Logistics, Hardware, Finance and Support to resolve cases
Update records across systems and close cases

🎯 Requirements

1-3 years in operations, logistics, or asset management
Strong organizational skills for high-volume cases
Detail-oriented with multi-system data handling
Excellent written communication with merchants and stakeholders
Familiarity with ticketing systems and inventory tools
German (B2) and English proficiency
