📋 Description

• Lead operational and financial diagnostics to identify key performance drivers with variance
• Identify, quantify, and prioritize EBITDA and cash flow improvement opportunities
• Develop actionable, bottom-up improvement plans with KPIs and milestones
• Drive cost optimization and performance initiatives with ownership through execution
• Partner with senior leadership, Boards, lenders, and Private Equity sponsors on value creation plans

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in value creation, financial/operational consulting, or performance improvement
• Proven track record leading EBITDA and cash flow improvement initiatives
• Diagnostic to design, execution, and measurement of improvements
• Deep operational finance expertise: P&L, working capital, inventory, cost structure
• Experience with Private Equity-sponsored value creation opportunities
• Cross-functional leadership across supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and commercial
