Assist customers with needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction across touchpoints.
Inspect vehicles for potential issues and ensure high quality service outside the facility.
Complete customer paperwork accurately and take thorough notes in our tracking system.
Collaborate with team members to support various tasks as needed.

🎯 Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 1+ years in retail asset; 2+ years of customer-facing experience
License: Class 5 with no restrictions
Driving Record: 3 years clean driving abstract with no major infractions
Background Check: Clean criminal background check
Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada
