• Assist customers, take bets, process transactions and demonstrate products.
• Open or close the shop and maintain high shop standards.
• Work towards defined targets and provide empathetic problem-solving for customer concerns.
• Safer gambling may be encouraged as part of daily duties.
• Team-based environment with rotating shifts across the week.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18+ to work in betting shops.
• Customer-facing experience and confidence with in-person interactions.
• Cash handling and payment transactions familiarity.
