• Support the Customer Success team in the preparation of client deliverables, reports, and
• Assist in monitoring data quality and identifying potential inconsistencies.
• Help analyze retail and market performance data to identify trends and insights.
• Support the resolution of client inquiries and operational issues in collaboration with internal
• Maintain and update customer-related documentation and tracking tools.
• Assist in preparing materials for client meetings and business reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
