Retail Manager

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day retail operations for M-KOPA Uganda across multiple locations and channels.
• Oversee multi-location stock, inventory control, and stock optimisation with cross-functional teams.
• Drive retail network strategy, governance, and compliant end-to-end execution.
• Manage retail systems and tools for accurate setup and reporting.
• Coordinate with partners, depots, and service centres to ensure smooth operations and service
• Handle escalation and risk management; support process improvement and compliance across the retail

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Operations/Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 3 years in leadership or people-management, with operational/retail experience.
• Experience in retail management, inventory/returns, and third-party contract management (advantage).
• Strong skills in data visualization, data interpretation, KPI monitoring, and stakeholder
• Ability to lead field-based and desk-based teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
