• Retail Manager with a proven track record of great results.
• At least 3 years experience as a Retail Manager.
• Customer-first mindset; proactive and energetic.
• Strong planning, execution, and communication skills.
• Independent work style with ability to motivate teams.
• Fluent in English; Spanish and Portuguese beneficial.
