Retail Production Designer

📋 Description

• Own technical production for retail and packaging assets, including dielines, print-ready artwork
• Adapt approved concepts across retailers, sizes, formats, SKUs, and requirements while resolving
• Build and maintain organized production systems: templates, file structures, naming conventions
• Collaborate with print vendors and partners on materials, tolerances, methods, and technical
• Serve as a production resource for designers and stakeholders, answering questions and keeping
• Provide production support for retail and DTC packaging initiatives as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Production Artist, Production Designer, or similar role within
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Demonstrated experience managing high-volume production across multiple
• Strong understanding of print production: layout, typography, spacing, hierarchy, and technical
• Exceptional proofreading and QC skills to identify subtle discrepancies.
• Understanding of color management and maintaining consistent color reproduction in print.
