🎯 Requirements

• Revenue Operations or Sales Operations experience (5-8 years) with cross-functional GTM ownership.
• Analytical, self-sufficient; comfortable working with operational data, testing hypotheses, and
• Functional SQL competency; strong GTM systems fluency (Salesforce, project tooling like Taskray).
• Applied AI fluency; hands-on use of generative AI to improve work processes.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence across teams and leadership.
