• Be the face of Curaleaf, helping customers explore cannabis products.
• Create welcoming, informative experiences and build trust with guests.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment; collaborate with a team.
• Assist guests with purchases at the register and upsell where appropriate.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months in a customer-facing or sales role.
• At least 6 months of POS experience and cash handling.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.
