• Face of the Curaleaf brand, helping customers explore cannabis products
• Provide welcoming, informative, inclusive service in a fast-paced retail environment
• Assist with purchases, product recommendations, and loyalty sign-ups
• Maintain store standards, assist with opening/closing, and customer encounters
• Support team to maintain upbeat, compliant store operations
• Contribute to a great guest experience and community engagement

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months in customer-facing or sales role
• 6+ months using POS systems and handling cash
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and some overnight shifts
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
