📋 Description

• Lead daily store operations on the sales floor including opening/closing procedures, cash handling
• Greet, assist and upsell customers; ensure exceptional service and respond to inquiries.
• Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability through effective selling and merchandising.
• Partner with store support teams to increase sales and expand markets.
• Support Store Manager with budgeting, labor costs, supplies, and expenses.
• Maintain pricing, signage, and displays; receive vendor deliveries and stock the floor.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience
• Retail or Hospitality management experience (preferred)
• Wine, Spirits & Beer product knowledge (preferred)
• Ability to work full-time (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Understanding of regulatory requirements related to the sale of alcohol
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
