Greet customers and assist with appointments and transactions
Guide piercing and non-piercing jewelry selections and explain care
Promote Rowan’s products and maintain product knowledge
Keep studio clean, organized, and stocked; follow health and safety rules
Collaborate with Studio Manager and Studio Nurse Piercers to deliver seamless service
