Customer-focused role in a Rowan studio setting, assisting customers with ear piercings and product
Sell Rowan products, upsell aftercare kits and related items, and meet/exceed sales targets.
Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Assist with inventory tasks and monitor displays and stock levels daily.
Collaborate with Studio Manager, nurses, and team to deliver seamless service.

🎯 Requirements

Retail or service experience is a plus; strong customer service skills required.
Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
Excellent communication, basic math skills, and a team-oriented attitude.
Comfortable with physical tasks (standing 8 hours, lifting up to 25 pounds).
Passion for jewelry and helping customers choose pieces.
