📋 Description

• We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-obsessed Studio Sales Associate to join our team in
• You will create an exceptional piercing and shopping experience, support the team on weekends
• Infuse the Rowan experience with brand awareness, product knowledge and ear-stacking artistry
• This is an hourly, non-exempt position reporting to the Studio Manager.

• Availability on weekends and flexible availability throughout the week.
• Strong customer service mindset; friendly, energetic, and team oriented.
• Comfort with handling jewelry and assisting customers with purchases.
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment and stay organized.
• Excellent communication and basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for a full shift.
