Customer service-focused role in a studio retail setting
Greet customers and assist with check-ins or appointments using POS and systems
Assist customers with piercing, jewelry selection, and aftercare guidance
Promote Rowan products and upsell non-piercing jewelry and care kits
Maintain studio cleanliness, inventory, and display organization
Collaborate with Studio Manager and team to deliver a seamless customer experience

🎯 Requirements

Weekend, night, and holiday availability
Strong communication and basic math skills
Experience in retail or service industry a plus
Comfort working in a busy environment and handling multiple tasks
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for 8 hours
Team player with a positive attitude and reliability
