📋 Description

• Customer service duties in a jewelry studio setting
• Greet customers and assist with appointments and POS transactions
• Assist with piercings, product recommendations, and aftercare info
• Promote Rowan’s products and maintain knowledge of offerings
• Keep studio clean, stocked, and compliant with safety standards
• Collaborate with Studio Manager and Nurse Piercers

🎯 Requirements

• Weekend, night, and holiday availability
• Strong communication and basic math skills
• Team player with friendly, outgoing attitude
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long shifts
• Commitment and reliability
• Experience in retail or service is a plus
