• Greet customers and create a welcoming environment.
• Check customers in or help book appointments using POS and systems.
• Assist customers with piercing options and jewelry choices.
• Answer questions about procedures, aftercare, and products.
• Promote Rowan products and upsell related items.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and styles.

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or service industry experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Independent thinker with a can-do attitude.
• Love jewelry and helping customers choose earrings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and stay busy in busy times.
• Team oriented, flexible, and helpful.
