📋 Description

• Greet customers and create a welcoming environment.
• Check customers in or help book appointments using POS and software.
• Assist customers with piercing and jewelry selection.
• Answer questions about piercing, aftercare, and products.
• Promote and upsell Rowan’s products and services.
• Maintain product knowledge and meet sales targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or service experience is a plus.
• Must work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Independent thinker with a can-do attitude.
• Customer-focused and loves helping customers with jewelry.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds; standing for 8 hours.
