📋 Description

• Customer service: greet customers, check in, book appointments, and assist with questions.
• Sales & Product Knowledge: upsell jewelry and aftercare products; stay informed on offerings.
• Studio Maintenance & Operations: keep studio clean, stock supplies, follow safety rules.
• Team Collaboration: work with Studio Manager and nurses, attend meetings and training.
• Administrative Duties: process transactions, manage inventory, maintain records.

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Comfort with standing for long shifts and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Strong math and customer service skills.
