Customer service and sales in a jewelry studio environment.
Greet customers, check in, book appointments, and answer questions on products and piercing
Upsell Rowan products, maintain product knowledge, and help meet sales targets.
Keep studio clean, stocked, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Process transactions, returns, and exchanges; assist with inventory and displays.

🎯 Requirements

Retail or service experience a plus; ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
Strong communication, basic math, and team collaboration skills.
Comfort with lifting up to 25 pounds and standing a full shift.
Customer-focused, friendly, and able to thrive in a busy environment.
