🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Proven ability to hire, mentor, and develop top talent; succession planning.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with store operations, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Ability to forecast payroll and manage stock levels; manage inventory effectively.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and some travel (10-25%).
