📋 Description

• Field-based role performing diabetic eye exams (retinal screenings).
• Travel to provider practices and patient homes; mileage/expenses covered.
• Full training and equipment provided; travel up to 100% in Birmingham, AL area.
• Collaborate with team, providers, payers, and care teams on non-appointment days.
• Maintain scheduling, confirm appointments, and coordinate travel logistics.
• Engage in quality improvement, patient outreach, and customer success activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to travel daily up to 100% to provider practices.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Associate degree or higher in related field.
• 1–3 years healthcare experience; knowledge of medical terminology, billing, or coding.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams; experience with healthcare
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently remotely.
