📋 Description

  • Field-based role traveling to provider practices and patient homes for scheduled eye exams using
  • Up to 100% travel in the Philadelphia, PA area; must reside locally
  • Operate retinal imaging equipment after training and maintain competency through ongoing training
  • Manage daily eye exam appointment schedules and coordinate travel logistics
  • Engage with team members, customers, providers, payers, and care teams remotely on non-appointment
  • Support quality improvement, reporting, patient outreach, and customer success

🎯 Requirements

  • Willingness and ability to travel daily, up to 100%, to provider practices; no prior eye exam or
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Associate degree or greater in a related field
  • 1–3 years in a healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, quality measures, medical billing, or coding
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and multiple healthcare-related
