📋 Description

• Perform scheduled diabetic eye exams (retinal screenings) using imaging equipment.
• Travel daily to provider practices; travel expenses covered by company.
• Operate retinal imaging equipment after training; maintain competency.
• Manage daily eye exam schedule; coordinate travel logistics.
• Engage with team, providers, payers, and care teams on non-appointment days.
• Support quality improvement, patient outreach, and customer success.

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to travel daily, up to 100%; no prior imaging needed (training provided).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Associate degree or higher in related field.
• 1–3 years in healthcare; knowledge of medical terminology, billing or coding.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and healthcare systems.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work remotely.
