Retinal Camera Operator - Eye Exam Specialist (Opthalmology)

📋 Description

• Perform scheduled diabetic eye exams using company imaging equipment; travel to practices
• Travel up to 100% for field visits in the Houston area; local residency required
• Engage virtually with team members, providers, payers, and care teams on non-appointment days
• Perform retinal screenings and support closure of eye exam quality gaps
• Complete training on retinal imaging procedures and maintain competency
• Manage daily eye exam schedule and travel logistics; mileage reimbursed

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to travel daily, up to 100%; full training provided
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Associate degree or greater in a related field
• 1–3 years of healthcare experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology, quality measures, medical billing/coding
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams and healthcare systems
