📋 Description

• Lead retirement plan document team with SMEs in doc design, interpretation, and operations.
• Oversee priorities, workload, and project execution for quality deliverables.
• Manage complex plan document projects and process improvements.
• Monitor performance, train needs, and partner with leadership on growth.
• Provide guidance on plan provisions and document interpretation.
• Support escalations and collaborate to meet regulatory standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in business, finance, or related field or equivalent exp.
• Proven leadership through management, mentoring, or peer guidance.
• Strong knowledge of retirement plan docs, provisions, admin needs.
• QKA credential strongly preferred or willingness to pursue cert.
• Experience managing projects, process improvements, and ops initiatives.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Base salary $95,000–$105,000 depending on experience.
