📋 Description

• Primary analytical resource for the Unresponded team in post-appeal tracking and reporting across
• Monitor backlog aging, SLA adherence, appeal response rates, and trends; present findings to
• Lead or support weekly metric reviews, highlighting workflow gaps and improvement opportunities
• Analyze unresponded appeal data to identify root causes and inform prioritization
• Collaborate to translate findings into actionable workflow recommendations and system needs
• Support configuration and validation of billing systems and payer portal workflows for accurate

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience using SQL (basic), PowerBI, and handling raw data sets
• Minimum 4–6 years in medical billing, denials management, insurance collections, or revenue cycle
• Experience with post-appeal payer response workflows; familiarity with commercial/non-commercial
• Advanced CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10, modifier selection, UB revenue codes knowledge
