Revenue Cycle Coordinator

📋 Description

• Manage the full claims cycle until paid, including denials and resubmittals
• Submit insurance claims and follow up until payment
• Handle prior authorizations and re-authorizations
• Review patient ledgers and flag discrepancies
• Resolves missing checks and EOBs with insurers
• Maintain in-network credentialing status with payers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in medical or chiropractic billing; not entry-level
• Hands-on with ChiroTouch and Trizetto preferred
• Comfortable discussing billing with patients, incl. auto-accident cases
• Strong follow-through on recurring admin tasks
• Ability to work independently with minimal daily oversight
