📋 Description

• Own end-to-end revenue cycle: claims, denials, appeals, payment reconciliation
• Ensure accurate billing and compliance for Medicare and commercial payers
• Monitor KPIs, identify revenue opportunities, reduce denials
• Lead and develop the revenue cycle team; improve processes
• Stay current on CMS regulations and payer policy changes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle with management
• Strong knowledge of Medicare billing and payer policy
• Analytical, process-oriented, detail-focused
• Strong problem-solving skills
